I sold my ticket! Where is the money

I left numerous requests to get my money on my AXS account to my bank account from sold tickets as their app is not working. All I got back from them is everything that I sent them it makes no sense, and I'm pretty *** mad because I sold my 3 tickets and it says I have credit on their site, but I don't want their credit. I simply want my money back. User's recommendation: Go through Ticketmaster.
