I sent a package to them by mistake and they though it out not informing me yet I called on it multiple times.

I had to return a poor fitting pair of shoes. I took 2 packages to the Post Office that day (early March). The other package I return to another company. In trying to figure out which way was cheeper to sent them back using their prepaid label or the 'customer pays to send it back' on both packages and somehow the address labels got swapped at the Post Office. A couple weeks later I received the package that was supposed to go to Feel Good Store from the other company saying I sent them the wrong thing. I proceeded to mail the shoes back to Feel Good Store, they received them and I got credited. No problem here. HOWEVER, I immediately called Feel Good Store to let them know I sent them a package by mistake. My Post Office also confirmed delivery to their facility of the package arriving March 11. The 1st person I spoke with told me that it would be sent back within 2-3 weeks. About a month later I called again and another person reassured me that it would be sent back to me. So I waited maybe another 2 weeks. Still nothing. Now by the very beginning of May I called a 3rd time (talked to Lynn) who said it should be on its way. Call #4 (talked to Chad) on May 6th...same thing...saying the same thing as the other 3 people. Call # 5 to a Mark on May 9th. Somewhere within all these calls they said they were emailing the shipping/receiving facility for immediate action yet they could not call them direct...really? Call #6 spoke to Neelo on May 13th (Monday) and he said I should hear something from them by Friday either email or call. Nothing! Call #7 spoke to Carmin who sent a 'Priority Escallation' on it, told me once again in 5 days. I exploded and demanded I speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Gilbert who once again said I should here in 3-5 days with priority escallation. He even asked if I wanted a refund for the value of these items that belonged to the other company (Sahalie). I said yes, but I still want to know where my package is at. I waited...call #8...spoke to Mary, then she transferred me to Mark and then to Gwen who finally told me that they do not return things and they get thrown out or dispersed in some way. I asked her what about what Gilbert offered on reimbursement for what they may have lost. She said they do not do that because it would cost them money. REALLY!??? I would have sent shipping money to get it back! I am out $62.86! So this company just feeds people a bunch of lies and keeps ya hangin', hopes ya forget or whatever, and doesn't EVEN contact the individual who sent them a wrong item when they get it to let them know. SO, they feed customers lies! They are not being accountable! I told them NEVER to send any catalog to this address again. Feel Good Store is part of AmeriMark and it includes several catalogs. They are corrupt and lie and really don't care about anything but their profits. I wouldn't be doing this report if I didn't care about others and preventing stress, lost time, lost money and raising blood pressure! Amerimark is no good and I will let the world know!
