I returned an item to coach via usps on 12/12/2018

I returned to COACH as detail on receipt attachment the following item: ORDER # Z3362408 USPS TRACKING # [protected] Item returned for refund: MINETTA CROSSBODY IN SIGNATURE CANVAS PRICE: $97.50 STYLE NO: F39741 Please see attached tracking information. It was placed on the shipping store last 12/12/2018. I have sent several emails and called them on the phone but they say that it is not their responsibility. I placed the return label to the box and ship it via USPS as instructed. Why the customer has to be punished and guilty for something that is is not his/her fault??? I would like to receive my refund.
