I rented a car and tried to cancel but was unable to reach them. I cancelled thru thrifty rental cars and now i have not been able to get a refund.
I reserved a car thru EconomyBookings .com on 3/28/2019 for 3/29/2019. The rental was thru 4/10/2019. They charged me $416.56. I noticied that they charged me for full coverage insurance and I called and they took off the full coverage and the new price was $335.39. There phone number to cancel was not on, and that is why I called Thrifty. I have been charged the full amount but never rented the car. This is a total scam. The booking number at EconomyBookings.com is B6115****. The cancelled booking at Thrifty is H984321****. I am pissed off at this scam. Any help would be appreciated.
