I wish I had read all these reviews earlier, I made a terrible mistake when I ordered from HairExtensionSale! I received a wrong order and when I contacted their support team they said that they could send me a replacement. The only bad thing was that I had to pay for the return shipping. Since there was no other choice I paid and shipped everything back. When I finally received a replacement package it was also incorrect!! I was super angry and disappointed and finally demanded a full refund but they said that was against their policy. They said that the only thing they could offer me was to send the package back (again) and wait for another one. I refused because I did not want to waste my money. HairExtensionSale is the worst and most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with!
