Last night while working I went through the drive through about 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. I thought they were closed because most of the lights were off. I ordered two Santa Fe meals and two cheesecakes. Which was $29.79,so I did spend some money there. While the young lady at the window was short with us, I didn't care because I just wanted my order because I only had 30 minutes to get dinner and be back to work. After receiving our order we drove away and jumped on the freeway. I opened my sandwich and started eating right away, it was dark in the car and after my third bite I was thinking my sandwich was off. I thought maybe the grilled pepper was super fresh then I turned the light on because I was like that's not right. When I looked at my sandwich the meat was raw that's what was off. I drove back to the Carl's and the young lady acted like she didn't know what raw went by just keep asking me what do you mean raw....I mean not cooked, whitish rubber texture that wasn't cooked right. When I asked to speak to the manager on duty she said why and when I said cause apparently you are not understanding what I'm saying she just kept asking why. Finally, I said are you denying me to talk to your manager on duty she said she was the manager on duty then I asked for her name, and she said to just come back in the morning and I could get a new meal, but they were close, and she couldn't help me. Then I asked for her name, and she asked why do I need her name. And for some reason she could not comprehend the ramifications of giving a customer raw chicken, and she just tried to brush me off as someone who it's just complaining. I don't know is it normal for Carl's Jr. Restaurants to had out raw chicken am I out of my mind for wanting cooked food and for wanting the manager to be concerned about handing out raw food.
