POOR customer service!!!! One of the managers is awesome and also the General manager is great. Will from sales is awesome. other than these people that I have listed are god awful that I have come in contact. RUDE and DONT CARE to solve a problem that you have. I have had an account here for the first time since December and non of my payments have been taken out right, I have had to stop what I was doing to make sure that It was done correctly. I have also gone into an overdraft for their mistakes. I should NOT have to worry about my bank account and making sure that I still have money in my account when I know I budget correctly, with that being said I shouldn't get rejected at check out because of someone's mistakes here. My boyfriend has had an account here a couple years back and everything went smooth. He has an account here now as well. They take money out of my bank account to pay his account. ( my boyfriend is overseas at the moment) and hasn't had a chance to pay with all that is going on there. so they took it upon their self to pay with my card, that has my name on it not his!! I pay his bill for him with my card when he sends me the money. but I DID NOT authorize this company to just pay without my consent, or letting me know that they are taking it out before. They have an awesome concept on helping customers don't get me wrong, but from experience in the customer service industry, the employs are the reason that people like to come back for as well. I cant get over how these people act the way that they do and get away with it. These people don't care about what is going on at the end of the day I know that they only care about their paycheck. the only reason I rated this a 2 is because of the 3 people that have been good to me and the concept of this place.
