I purchased a coat from berrylook,returned it and have yet to received the right sized item or my reimbursement for returning the item, poor,poor,poor, customer service

Berrylook should refund my purchase amount and the refund for returning the item, point blank, my original purchase was in Dec. 2020, and now here it May of 2021,,,,, What's up with this User's recommendation: Please do not, I repeat, please do not order anything from this company.
