I paid for designer edition in February of 34.99 and I've been trying to figure out why isn't my machine upgraded, someone from the silhouette team sent me a license key code that was not valid, it wasn't valid because when I log into my silhouette account to see if there is a download, there is nothing showing not even a purchase, but my bank account shows a purchase from silhouette America so where is my download were I can redeem and use the license key code
