I ordered a felt Christmas tree with ornaments and lights. #350683. It was never received. I tried tracking it thru your service. It showed it was at a delivery place. I tried tracking it thru USPS, but they didnt recognize the order number. Both dead ends. Your company was quick to charge my credit card, but no help at all about finding my order. Either make good on my order &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; deliver it, or refund my money. I am reporting your company to the BBB. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CO? EVEN NOW I CANNOT COMPLETE THIS FORM BECAUSE OF SOME KND OF VIRUS!
