I never received the item I ordered and no one from Ninja Kitchen has contacted me after repeated requests

Months ago a ninja foodi Grill was ordered by me I received an order confirmation email I sent emails to the person listed in the confirmation email I've never heard anything from Ninja Kitchen and no one has ever contacted me even though my phone number was included in those emails as of December 4th 2020 still no satisfaction
