I called the store location Inverness Florida about an iPhone repair , for my stepfather,,,the sales representative informed me that the store in Hernando did all the repairs . so I drove 35 minutes to Hernando ,to find the store closed. I called The Inverness location back and I told the sales representative that the Hernando store was closed,,He asked me what kind of iPhone it was? I had no clue since it's not my phone ,I said No,,that's when he said bring it back over to the store in Inverness,, and drop it off . I go back to Inverness and I walked in the store, and the first thing out of the salesman's mouth was you can't come in without a mask and he points to the door so I turn around looking for possible masks for the customers when they walk in , I didn't see any,,I turned him and says do you have a mask for the customers he said don't you have one ??. I replied no I don't ,He said,,GET OUT ! it wasn't ,,I'm sorry you can't come in without a Mask,,It was Simply GET OUT,,I was shocked I'm at least 15 to 20 foot away from the gentleman,I ask the salesman if I could possibly place the phone on the counter with the info and leave ? again he said no GET OUT. as I was leaving a lady was coming in she didn't have a mask and so I informed her that she wasn't allowed in the store without a mask ,,so she went to her car to retrieve hers,, so I go to my car I find a towel put over my mouth walk back into the store and I ask the salesman if this was okay,, he told me NO,,GET OUT,,, He then said, someone's at the Hernando location go back over there. I told him I'm not driving all the way back to Hernando you told me to come over here and drop off the iPhone,,, again he told me to GET OUT,,,he wasn't speaking Politlly,,,at that time, I was shocked and mad,,, I told the man to *** go to *** . I drove back to Hernando only to find out there was nobody at the store location it was closed .He blatantly lied to me ,,I'm not proud of what I said,,, but it was totally unprofessional and disrespectful the way he talked to me in the very beginning. This happened this morning April 30th between 10:30 and 11 at The Inverness Florida location on Gulf to Lake highway.I will never go to that location ever again it was just totally uncalled for and I think corporate should know just how he treats his customers.
