I need help with tent

We bought your 10 person pop up tent. My step son took the poles apart from the tent. We are trying to put it back together. I called to ask for directions on how to assemble the poles back to the tent and how to fold it up to fit in the bag. I didnt get those directions. I got directions on how to pop it up. User's recommendation: The customer service is very nice.
