I cannot get it my online account bc the email address is put in wrong. I have called so many times I have lost count. I have asked for a statement saying what my balance is. They kept saying they couldnt and would escalate the problem but that never happened I got soo upset I completely paid off the item so they would send me and ownership letter and a balance of $0 I still have yet to receive one and no one will help me when I call Im just promised a call back which I never received. I am trying to buy a house and I have had to extend the closing an extra month and a half bc I have not received this information on paper or an email User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
