Scam artists at work

I am unable to log in. I have changed my password three times and still will not work. I didnt even see my scores. Calling tomorrow and cancelling my credit card once I do so they cant keep charging me. What a joke…… User’s recommendation: STAY AWAY.

Bad business and very shady

I canceled my subscription the day I got my score. 7 days later I’m charged 39.90 then call and am told that I agreed to it and I didn’t. Cancelled it, still charged, won’t refund

I called and cancelled my membership. I made it very clear I want it cancelled. The guy on the phone said okay then offered to refund my $39.90 and said he would still leave my account open until the end of the month because it’s Christmas.
