I need a watch band for a Swiss Legend Commander watch which was purchased 16 years ago

They sent me a message asking for a contract number for a watch that I purchased 15 years ago. All I need is a watch band the name of the watch all they have to do send me a message of payment and then send me my band User's recommendation: If you buy a Swiss Legend you're tossing a coin when it comes to warranty work.
