I am about to explain why i could never purchase a vehicle anywhere else than Sun Toyota. The staff, starting with Ferris Hamdan, an absolutely awesome person as well as a manager, he is the main reason why i shop this dealership, he is kind courteous and very knowledgeable and always takes care of my problems. Next is the sales rep Eddie Chavez, great person with awesome people skills, a person who actually LISTENED to my wants and needs, very patient and went above and beyond to deal with me., because we all know in retail the customer can be a real pain in the *** !! He also took the time to show my wife all the controls, because I am to old school for that stuff. Kayla Anderson, the woman at the reception desk who was keeping me comfortable while i was waiting. Finally Robert Gannon in finance dept made a real smooth transition to finalize the transaction. To say the experience was great is an understatement. Great Staff!
