Yesterday I was on hold for 28 minutes to Maytag customer service and hung up. Today I tried the chat (43 minutes total) and I did not get the info I wanted. So I am on the phone right now waiting to talk to a human.... 29 minutes so far. My washer is 6 years old. It is broken. It will not spin dry. I have not had a washing machine for 3 weeks. My last Maytag lasted 18 years. And that will be my "last: Maytag. I must say the music on hold is very nice. Right now I am listening to Matchbox Twenty. I User's recommendation: Don't buy a Maytag washing machine.
