I was supposed to take the CNA test over a month ago. However, my testing date was cancelled because apparently the name on my id did not match the name listed with Prometric. I sent a copy of my id and a change of name application shortly after. I have been calling multiple times every day for the past month to see where I am in the process and absolutely no one has answered. Please help me, I really need this. My name is Kaycee Rabara.
