I have paid in advance for 3 years service of IndiaMART export package but now they are denying their service.

I am not sure why INDIAMART is doing this? It is unprofessionalism to the level of cheating your valued customers. I am not able to buy leads on my paid portal. I have already paid in advance for 3 years and 2 years of service is still left. It amuses me to even imagine that a public listed company is playing petty tricks to cover their commitments and is going to such stoop levels of fraud. Yes, I would call it fraud now, without a doubt. I have been trying to explain and sort this out amicably for the last 3 months but I don't think INDIAMART is willing to provide any sort of resolution to the enormous problems my business is facing due to your fraudulent behavior. - They are blatantly denying their commitment - They are being unresponsive to my issue now - They are closing my service request without my permission - They are not sharing contact details of their seniors to escalate the issues I need a resolution to this problem asap.
