I have not received the products, I have not received the refund and I am not responding to my email

I purchased some items on 01/11/2021, the same order was duplicated and both were not delivered. You sent me an email confirming receipt of the undeliverable products which returned to the store I can show you if I need confirmation of receipt from you. However so far i have not received my money back (refund), so we are talking about around $ 1100 I have connected several times with you guys and I am still waiting for ONE answer about my refund. This is my last contact before taking the next step which is a lawsuit. Follow the details about purchasing AGAIN.
