I called to inquire about getting financial assistance with my household water bill. I called in at the appropriate time to request assistance at the Salvation Army in Bainbridge, GA. The woman doing the intake phone calls was very nice and took my information down. A customer care representative named Demitri called me back and after explaining to her my monthly income and the amount of my household bills, she was VERY rude to me. I do NOT appreciate the way she spoke to me as I have never asked for financial assistance from the Salvation Army before today 01/28/2020. She was impolite and unfriendly and VERY unprofessional. Please look into this and explain to your employees that they should NOT talk to customers like dirt when they have jobs serving the community! This is supposed to be a Christian based organization and Demitri did not represent that at all and lacked the basic decency of customer service skills.
