I have never received my refund check dated 3-7-2020

We came into to pay more on my sons bed and dresser which had been on hold since 8-11-19. To our shock the floor model had all been sold. We asked our sales lady and were told she was so sorry and we could go to the desk to get our refund. We were told the check had to come from the main office and could come to this store or be mailed to me. On 3-15-20 I called the main office and I was told I would have my check by 3-21-20. Guess What ???? I have never received a dime of my refund invoice 211-008**** for the amount of $1130.00. I have called the Rockford and was told they would get back to me. Never heard a word. The Main office does not answer the phone but I left a voice mail. Never heard a word. Where is my money ?????? Karen St John @ptkaren40@***.com.
