mAYBE THE COMPLAINTS COME FROM PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN AREAS THAT HAVE DEIVERY -PROBLEMS HERE IN CALIFORNIA EVERYTHING IS FINE, CHEWY IS A GREAT COMPANY. LENNI HILL
