I have a missing order

Dear Spencer's team, A while back, I had ordered a number of items, which were paid for online. Of the list, 1 kg of mutton was missing, and no refund or any other compensation offered. This is for Order Number 00335****/ Reference No. 190521****. Package received on 15th May, with the 1 kg mutton missing. Request you to look into the same.
