I have a craftsman lawnmower

I have sent email the customer service they are telling me to call Honda not sure whats going on I have not gotten the right help. The issue is I have a craftsman lawnmower and the bag that collect the grass the grass keeps getting stuck between the hole that goes in so its not working properly.
