I had a poor experience

I received the flat iron that did not work like it did in the video. The 1st time someone responded and asked me to take pictures of the product and they will investigate the situation and get back to me. That was 4/27/19 and it is now 5/9/19. I have asked for a full refund and now no one responds and there is no customer service number to reach them.
