I had went to the Olive Garden on West Charleston in Las Vegas this past weekend. I had a bad experience with my Server Linda H. and I dont appreciate the way it was handled. I was with my family and we had gone in to celebrate something and our server was bad. We had ordered and over 45 minutes later and our food still wasnt at our table. I had pressed the button and she still didnt come over to help us. I had to finally ask another server to help us out. I dont appreciate the service that i had with her. We were there to have a good dinner and celebrate but instead it turned out bad. Linda didnt even apologize or anything. We wanted to speak to a supervisor but they said it would be a while so we just paid and left. I dont appreciate her service and i never want to go back and have her as a Server. She is not friendly and obviously doesnt have good customer service skills. I hope she gets the feedback to be a better server and I never want to have her as my server again. We had spent almost 100 even with a tip and she didnt deserve this but we still tipped her. This was a bad experience and i feel bad for my children that were with us.
