I'm writing for a refund. I can see I was charged by platnum millinium pu for a service I do not believe I asked for or want. Could you please refund the full amount. Naturally, I have searched for orders I have made or any other purchase but have not found this. Also, I can't find a way to srop this transaction or complain in any other way.
