I really appreciated that as many of the oter places I visited treaed me like a *** because I was a woman buying a car alone. Jim showed me several options and pointed out very honest pros and cons for each option. He did not hold any details back but made sure I understood exactly what the cars I was looking at were all about. I need something affordable and dependable and they helped me find that.
