I decided to open a simple checking account with the bank, and the whole procedure was pretty easy and even fun since the rep treated me very courteously and made jokes with me. After two days, I received a called from the bank telling me that I forgot to sign two documents. It was not a big deal for me to visit their branch, so no problem. On the other side, I believe some people will face hurdles while visiting their branch for signing one or another paper again and again. Please, do ensure that you give clients a full list of documentation to be signed since it is your first impression as professionals.
