Unable to speak to customer service no phones are manned was only able to raise this issue using the feedback option to make pockit aware of my problem I tried to use the email service but was unable to because it wanted me to go through my account which I didn't want to I don't want to be led around the houses with this issue just want it to be resolved so I can use the account or will close the account.
