I can’t make International Call thru Google Fi

Today I have spent $399+Tax for Google Phone and $70+Tax for Google Fi. But end of day I find I can make only Local US Call. It does not allowing me to call outside US. Tried all options / setting as suggested by Google Fi customer care portal. I totally lost my all respect on company as a Google. Please don't invest your hard earned Money &;;;; Time on this false promise of Google.
