I can’t even tee never arrived. order #258126

Ordered 9/18/17. Received partial order on 10/28/17. Never received my "I can't even" tee. Was to be mailed separately. I never received merchandise. I emailed numerous times. No replies. Want refund or product. This company is ridiculous. My payment was paid through my PayPal account. At this point I would appreciate just a refund of money if able because I am tired of dealing with this company and it's poor business ethics. Barbara Boyer [protected]@gmail.com
