I can not log into resident portal to pay my rent

I have been trying to log on to pay my rent for three days and the resident part of the portal is 'temporarily unavailable' Tried to re-register and my building is not even listed right now. The building across the street (same manager) is though. User's recommendation: Have a plan B for rent pay. This portal is unreliable.
