Am still having trouble on the phone. Dont you want me as a customer. I am 83 years old and ver computer illiterate. Please contact me by phone, or cancel my service. This not worth the trouble. I do not know why companies make it so difficult for we oldies to use your services. S Mandelberg. User's recommendation: Don’t even try. Impossible to contact.
