I am having an issue with my order

I'm using my e cards to pay for an order but my order is constantly being cancelled. It's very annoying. Is it that I don't get to use my own refund money to pay for my order? This is sloppy and I need it to be addressed urgently. It doesn't happen when I'm paying with my credit card.
