I ordered delivery from the Hungry Howies @ 1909 E Ray Rd in Chandler, AZ. The experience was an awful one. I have gotten decent food (pizza) from this location before, but needless to say, I will never go there again. I attached images here of the picture of the steak, cheese and mushroom sub as they falsely advertise it to be and the awful sandwich that I received. I added a mayo packet they gave me and then looked closer. I pushed aside the wilted lettuce to show that there is nothing but a minuscule amount of steak and mushroom. They charge almost $9 for this sandwich and obviously, they are cutting corners with the ingredients. I basically got a hunk of bread and some lettuce and bit of tomato and mushroom. I don't expect something to look exactly like the menu picture, but this is ridiculous. If they are going to be cheap with ingredients then they need to get out of the sandwich business and stick to pizza. I made a complaint to the store shift supervisor person (who gave me a refund) and on the corporate website, which is probably not going to accomplish anything but done nonetheless. I still wanted to share this experience and I suggest anyone who tries this location to definitely avoid the sandwiches - there are plenty of other good sub places around.
