Laurie/Lauren (talked so fast I couldn’t catch her name) the DELIVERIES MANAGER is incredibly rude, as is Nikki in Deliveries! Both hung up on me mid-sentence, tried to get us to pay a second delivery fee then hilariously offered split delivery (really Homemakers, you’re that hard-pressed for $35?) on a second shipment of items that NO ONE pointed out to us could be in a second shipment or would be out of stock (they generally tell you this when at the counter with the sales consultant). I work in sales so I know how these games are played and Homemakers is the absolute worst of the bunch! VERY RUDE women in deliveries department and for being a manager, that manager was NOT nice and NOT apologetic! I will be complaining to store manager and asking for district manager name and number as well! I will NEVER step foot back in that store again and they have lost someone with a history of spending thousands of dollars in their store that would have continued spending thousands of dollars in the future. Very sad but Facebook friends have posted horror stories and also agree they will never again deal with this scam of a company.
