Humming bird story

No complaint, we love the magazine. I was trying to speak to someone about hummingbirds. We live in the Richmond, Va. have friends that have an unbelievable number of hummers.The birds eat a minimum of 5 quarts of nectar a day. Birds weighs .11 oz, eats 1/2 their weight per day. Would take 2900 birds to eat 5 quarts if all they ate was nectar. Would like to find a way to do a story. Unbelievable number of birds.
