How do I get good service from you??

Your engineers down at Bell need to get their stuff together. There have been 3 technicians sent to my house and none of them fixed my slow internet speeds and freezing cable channels and boxes. Im real close to cancelling all of my services with you. This is totally unacceptable and aggravating. I am not talking to another foreigner in Manilla to have another tech come out and not fix things. I just looked on your facebook page posts by people and its obvious im not alone with these same issues. When are they going to be fixed? Why do the same problems keep happening? Fix your software. Its time to get your *** together or you are going to lose another customer to Spectrum.
