If you rent a hot water tank from Superior Propane in Barrie, be prepared! Service on these rentals has been outsourced to a third party company. First experience with their outsourced partner was unsatisfactory. This is now the second experience with their outsourced partner and getting service is almost impossible. Perhaps I should have been willing to pay for after hours service to the tune of $199.00 on their rental equipment which the service representative was very happy to tell me about. In addition, I monitor the levels on our tank. I find that I am much more accurate regarding propane deliveries than Superior. I just go online and make my order. If I did not do that, I would have no heat. This is not the company it used to be!!!
