Update by user Oct 09, 2019 Had to contact BBB and Ace refused to resolve. Just out of luck. Original review posted by user Sep 09, 2019 I was pressured into paying toll fees because i was flat out lied to. I paid $70.00 for toll pass. I called to cancel and no one would return any of the 6 voice mails and emails. I was then charged $89.95 for two additional days due to hurricane and specifically said I did not want any more toll pass. I was charged fir it any way for a total of $90.00 for toll fees. I passed exactly 2 tolls for that $90.00. Furthermore the tolls were lifted due to the hurricane so even if I had to pass I would not have had to pay. Still I have not had a reply. This is ridiculous. My $114.00 a week rental turned into a $300.00 rental. This is not OK. I want a refund for all the toll charges.
