I am absolutely disappointed with your lack of concern and attention to this matter. I have been MORE than patient with you and you have REPEATEDLY ignored my emails and requests for information. This current leak spot is absolutely unacceptable and is a direct result of your employee's lack of concern or attention to detail in supposedly fixing our ceiling. You have dragged this out long enough. Am forced to pay AGAIN to fix what you failed to do correctly the first time, but will pay someone else, not you!
