Horrible service. Terrible company

I have just filed a complaints at several places over our order for a refrigerator July 8. Their site sail "delivery 2-3 days". Weeks later, they told us "Oh, that is only for the NY city area"! Funny how this was not alluded to whatsoever on their site. We tried to...
