Placed an order for the heads of bride/groom of a wedding. Ordered rush to ensure the package would make it in time, and called customer service to confirm. Customer service ensured the package would make it in time. However, it did not :( Called the day after the event to get a refund for the mistake of Fathead. Spoke on the phone with Brittany who was rude and interrogated us on our order. We informed Brittany to check the phone records which would show we were promised services which were not performed. Brittany would not provide any refund or let us speak with any other representative. Beware of fine print on orders, and if customer service is important to you, try another vendor!
