HORRIBLE RENTAL CAR SERVICE

Back in July 2018 my husband and I rented a luxury car which was a Chrysler 300 or similar to go to a family wedding. We landed late at night exhausted from our delayed flight to Tampa to come to find out they do not have our rental car... they ended up giving us a Dodge Charger which was not what I paid for. Not only was the car scratched and dented up IT WAS FILTHY! I brushed it off being that I was tired and we had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. While we were driving the maintenance sensor came on and it claimed to say the car had a flat tire. We had to drive all the way from port Charlotte Florida to go back to the airport to switch our car which was an inconvenience and super out of the way. They switched my car and I emailed the manager Edgar Hernandez because I called for about two days straight and absolutely nobody answered the phone. Edgar got back in touch with me and yes he did take some money off and told me when I’m back in Tampa he’ll help me out with another car. Being that I’m going to Tampa because my grandmother is sick with cancer I asked him if he can help me with the car he promised me with. He said he’d be happy too but when I wrote him the next day he never replied to me and did absolutely nothing to help me. Not a man of his word. This company is unprofessional and their cars are very unsanitary unsafe and OLD.
