I received my short term disability payments extremely late. It was always an excuse to wait. My short term adjuster was ok. Then the long term disability was supposed to start. The long term adjuster is extremely rude. She was making very mean innuendos and being extremely judgmental and opinionated. I've been too patient with these folks. I've been very honest and polite and got treated horribly. Also I never could get the website to work for me to view my paycheck. They never offered direct deposit for me and to have taxes taken out. I could do nothing online. I do not recommend this company at all.
