We purchased a king sz mattress & box springs. When delivered it was the wrong bed (brand) and the box springs were Cali king sz. I told them this wasnt the bed we bought. Tried to refuse it, but the delivery guys had already briught it into the house and wouldnt take it back. We called asap to speak to our sales person. She wasnt there. Asked to speak to Supervisor, was put on hold for over 10 min never answered. Called back and was told he was busy and would call me. Never did. Called multiple times no help. This bed is a itwin mattress and is horrible. Only 6 months old and unusable. Sags horribly. Tried to stop payment on the bed but was too late. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE DUMP...WAY OVER PRICED AND JUNK FURNITURE.
