Horrible in every aspect

I put $800 cash down on my car. The first payment was supposed to be due 30 days later. We verbally discussed this when writing up my deal. They even asked me which day would work better for me. A week later collections is calling saying I have a first payment default. Really? I bought the car 9 days ago I told them- and put $800 CASH down. I guess when I signed the contract I didn’t notice they put my first payment due 9 days after I bought car. WHO WOULD AGREE TO MAKE FIRST CAR PAYMENT IN 9 days after putting $800 cash already? Aren’t most first payments due 30-45 days after you leave the dealership? My payments are every month! So why would I have a payment due before a month is over?? They refuse to admit they messed up. I Had to make a “catch up” payment of $830. They were calling to collect that from me (calling MY REFERENCES like FAMILY) Now fast forward 4 months. The check engine light is on and the car is not drive able. I had to PAY another $200 to have it towed to BFE where their shop is because they won’t help you out on that either. It has already been past 14 days which passes AZ Lemon law dates so I can’t use that to help me. So it’s down at their shop still and haven’t heard one thing. No one calls to let you know what’s going on. It’s the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! This couldn’t be more of a nightmare experience.They have no business sense at all and zero compassion for any customer. Whatever is wrong with the car should be taken care if by their warranty of 12 months. (Which even then I would still have to pay another $299) If they don’t honor their warranty I will take other legal actions. Who owns this place? Do you read your other reviews? Why doesn’t anybody care about the customers at all? YOU SELL SHADY cars! Simple! I want to see the inspection report on my vehicle before they put it out on the lot to sell. There is no way an educated mechanic looked at my car and gave his approval to sell it on their lot. It’s only been 4 months and even the engine light is on with a cylinder misfire!! Is anybody over there caring that you have one of the shadiest names on the street? Yes customers may have less than perfect credit so you feel they deserve this treatment? I read all the reviews it’s not just one or two people! I’ll keep the readers updated with how they are going to handle this. For any potential new clients- RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
